Load allows you to load a configuration you saved previously and make that file the default one.
Save saves the current configuration to the current default configuration file.
Save As allows you to save the current configuration to a new configuration file, leaving the current configuration file unchanged. The default configuration file is set to be the new one.
Certain functions (such as changing the chart database, or changing the GPS settings) will automatically save the current configuration.
