Instrument: GPS input monitor

The GPS input monitor shows the raw GPS command strings as they come in from the GPS source (either live or read from a pre-recorded file). At the top of the display area is a status indicator that shows whether data is being received from the GPS source and if the data is good. At the bottom of the display area are a set of counters showing the total messages received, the number of warnings, and the number of errors.

The main portion of the instrument contains the actual data as received from GPS. At the beginning of each line will be the GPS time (not the computer time) when the message was received and the source that is being read (e.g. "FileSrc"). The rest of the line is the GPS command string.
